Your OnlyFans agency already has the team, the pricing habits and the weekly report. Adding Fansly is mostly an operations job: pick the right creators, decide who works them, translate your prices and report from the right page. Fansly is in the OFManager desktop app for Windows and macOS, and Fansly accounts are free for now. Here's the playbook, step by step.

Choose Which OnlyFans Creators to Add to Fansly
Start with two or three, not the whole roster.
Start with creators who already bring their own traffic from social media: you can point part of it at their Fansly page and measure what comes back. Run two or three of them for a few weeks, then decide on the rest of the roster.
Link Each Creator to OFManager
One sign-in per creator, in the desktop app.
Open Manage Creators, click Add Creator and choose Fansly under Which platform?. Sign in once with the creator's Fansly username or email and password. If Fansly asks for a code, enter the one it emails or the one from the creator's authenticator app. The full walkthrough is in our guide to add a Fansly account.
The password is never shown again. Linking works in the desktop app only, not on the web dashboard. A Fansly page can be linked to one agency at a time, so a page still linked elsewhere is refused. When a login expires, Relink tries the saved password first.
Decide Who on Your Team Gets Fansly
Owners and full creator access, for now.
For now, Fansly creators open for the agency owner and staff with full creator access. Everyone else sees an empty Fansly list. Each Fansly page follows the matching OnlyFans page permission, so a role that can open OnlyFans Messages can open Fansly Messages, and a role that can open OnlyFans Statements can open Earning Statistics.
Giving one chatter access to just one Fansly creator is not available yet. In practice, put Fansly on the chat leads or account managers who already have full creator access, and keep the rest of the chat team on OnlyFans. Your team doesn't need the password: here is how to share a Fansly account without the password.
Keep a person on every Fansly chat. Fansly's terms bar AI systems that talk to fans with personalized responses without human oversight, unless Fansly has given written permission first, and OFManager's AI chatter covers OnlyFans only.
Map Your OnlyFans Pricing to Fansly Tiers
The same offers, under Fansly's names.
Fansly prices live on subscription tiers. A creator can have one tier or several, each with its own name, banner color, benefits and an optional Maximum Subscribers cap. What OnlyFans agencies call bundles, Fansly calls multi-month discounts. Agree the prices with the creator, then set them on Fansly's Creator Dashboard under Plans/Promos.

A higher tier can include the benefits of the lower ones, so a VIP tier can carry everything in the base tier plus its extras.
Plan the Free-to-Paid Funnel for Fansly Followers
Followers are free and can get mass messages.
This is the biggest change from OnlyFans. Following a Fansly creator is free, followers can be included in the creator's mass messages, and a subscriber whose subscription expires moves back into the Follower group instead of leaving. Every Fansly creator has a free audience you can sell a subscription to, so plan two message tracks.

Fansly skips fans who haven't been active recently, even when your audience options include them, so a follower count overstates how many people a mass message reaches. Reread OnlyFans message text before you reuse it: a line written for paying subscribers reads wrong to a free follower. OFManager's own mass messaging covers OnlyFans only, so Fansly messages go out through Fansly's own messaging tools.
Use One Tracking Link per Platform and Source
Never send two platforms through one link.
Make a separate link for every traffic source on every platform. OnlyFans links stay in OFManager's campaign tracking. Fansly links are made on Fansly's own Tracking Links page. Your team opens it inside OFManager and can create and edit links there with the same permission as OnlyFans Statistics. Give twins the same base name, such as reddit-main-onlyfans and reddit-main-fansly, so one row of your report compares them.
Claims
A click from someone who then logs in or signs up. Other clicks are not counted.
Follows
People who followed the creator after clicking the link.
Subscriptions
New subscriptions from people who used the link.
Revenue
Total revenue from those users, with a graph by type over time.
Fansly also adds three links of its own (FYP, Suggestions and Search) for traffic from inside Fansly, and one fan can be credited to several tracking links, so don't add link totals together to count new fans. Keep Payouts With the Creator on Each Platform
Your agency invoices; it never withdraws.
Fansly pays the creator, not your agency. Creators receive 80% of revenue from subscriptions, sold media, messages and tips. Each sale is pending for 7 days, then the creator requests the payout, and Fansly approves most requests within 48 hours. The details are in how Fansly payouts work.
In OFManager nobody can request payouts, change payout methods, issue refunds or spend the creator's wallet, the owner included, and saved cards, payout and tax details stay hidden. Invoice your commission from Fansly's net earnings figure, as its own line next to OnlyFans.
Build a Weekly Report From Fansly Earning Statistics
OFManager's analytics cover OnlyFans only.
OFManager's chatter analytics and creator reports cover OnlyFans only for now, so your Fansly numbers come from Fansly's own Earning Statistics page, opened inside OFManager. Fansly's help center says its Earning Statistics and Profile Statistics menu items now open its newer Statistics page, with Overview, Content, Audience, Earnings and Streams tabs. Pick 7 days there and every number is compared with the 7 days before.

Custom ranges and daily numbers use UTC days, and follower and subscriber counts update overnight, so pull the report on the same day each week for the same 7 UTC days. Fansly doesn't mention an export, so copy the figures into your sheet. Accounts created before 21 September 2026 can still open Legacy statistics pages; use the same version for every week of a report. More in how to read Fansly Earning Statistics.
