How Fansly Payouts Work: Timing, Minimums and Wallets

How Fansly payouts work: the 7-day pending period, approval in about 48 hours, minimums by method, Earnings vs Spending Wallet, and how agencies get paid.

Fansly pays creators 80% of what fans spend, but the money is not ready the moment a fan pays. Each sale waits 7 days, the creator requests the payout, Fansly approves it, and the payout method decides how fast it lands. Here's the whole path, the minimum for every payout method, and how an agency running Fansly creators in OFManager keeps every payout in the creator's hands.

80% to the creator

Of subscriptions, sold media, messages and tips

7-day pending period

Every sale unlocks a week after it was earned

Most approved within 48 hours

Often sooner, then the method sets the speed

$20 minimum in most countries

$50 for SEPA, up to $100 for SWIFT wires and crypto

How Much Fansly Pays Creators

Fansly's help center says creators receive 80% of revenue from subscriptions, sold media, messages and tips, with no hidden fees for payouts, processing or currency conversion. A $50 tip pays the creator $40, and a $10 subscription pays $8.

On Fansly's earnings statistics, Gross is the total fans paid and Earnings is the net figure, after Fansly's share and any refunds. Net is the creator's actual take, so check whether your contract splits net or gross. Our guide to reading Fansly Earning Statistics covers the rest of that page.

1

Fansly's 7-Day Pending Period

Every sale waits a week.

Each transaction is held for 7 days and then unlocks on its own, exactly seven days after it was earned. A tip that comes in on a Monday at 9 pm is ready to withdraw the next Monday at 9 pm. Nobody has to click anything.

Total Balance

Earnings still inside the 7 days

What can be withdrawn right now

These three balances are on the creator's Wallet & Payouts page on Fansly.

2

How to Request a Fansly Payout

The creator does this, on Fansly.

From Fansly's site menu, select Earnings Statistics and press Request payout. That opens the Wallet & Payouts page: press Request Payout again. In the pop-up, enter the amount, choose the payout method and click Request Payout to send it for approval.

The payout method has to be added first, and nothing can be withdrawn until the creator's tax forms are submitted. Fansly also suggests checking that the method is verified and its details are right, so the request isn't held up. The money comes out of Available for Payout in the creator's Earnings Wallet.

3

How Long Fansly Payout Approval Takes

Usually under 48 hours.

Fansly reviews every request. Most are approved within 48 hours, often sooner. The status then reads Approved, and the payout usually moves to Processing shortly after, although Approved can sometimes last longer than 24 hours.

4

Fansly Payout Batches and the 72-Hour Cooldown

For international bank transfers and crypto.

International bank transfers and cryptocurrency payouts go out in batches every three days. Once a payout is sent, a 72-hour cooldown starts, and every request made during it is grouped into one transaction when it ends. So a SWIFT wire requested just after the last payout went out can wait up to 72 hours before it is sent.

5

When Fansly Payouts Arrive

The method sets the speed.

Once a payout is Processing, most arrive within 1 to 3 business days.

Crypto, Paxum and Cosmopayment usually arrive within 24 hours. Weekends and bank holidays are not business days, so a payout processed late on a Friday usually settles on Monday. Fansly's own guide to requesting a payout says one may take up to four business days to fully process. The status of each payout, including Processed, shows in the creator's Earnings Wallet.

Fansly Payout Minimums and Payout Time by Method

The minimum withdrawal is $20 in most supported countries. These are the figures Fansly lists for each method. Arrival times count from the moment a payout reaches Processing.

MethodMinimumArrival
Paxum, Cosmopayment$20Usually within 24 hours
Cryptocurrency$50 to $100, depending on the coinUsually within 24 hours. Sent in batches every 3 days
SEPA transfer (EU and UK bank deposit)$50 (you can request from $20, see below)Most within 1 to 3 business days
Bank wire (international SWIFT)$100Most within 1 to 3 business days. Sent in batches every 3 days
Local bank deposit (South America and Asia, plus USD ACH and CAD bank deposits)$20Most within 1 to 3 business days

From Fansly's help center, checked November 2026. Some third-party guides quote a flat $100 minimum payout, but Fansly's own figures are lower for most methods.

Hard Minimums, Soft Minimums and the SEPA Exception

Hard limit:A payout below the minimum can't be requested at all. Fansly shows an error.
Soft limit:A request below the minimum goes through but waits in Approved until the approved requests add up to the minimum. Then it is sent automatically.
SEPA:The creator can request as little as $20. If the total stays under $50, Fansly sends it automatically 14 days after the first request.

Fansly doesn't say which methods follow the hard rule and which follow the soft one, so check the minimum for the creator's method before they request.

Fansly Earnings Wallet vs Spending Wallet

Every Fansly creator has two wallets. Only one of them pays out, and purchases can draw on it when the other runs dry.

Earnings Wallet

Where the creator's revenue lives: sales, tips and subscriptions
The only balance that can be withdrawn to a bank or payout method
Nobody can add money to it. It only grows through earnings

Spending Wallet

Topped up with a credit card
Pays for subscriptions, tips and content from other creators
Money added here never becomes available in the Earnings Wallet

The rule agencies miss: if a purchase is made without enough in the Spending Wallet, or without a payment method attached, Fansly takes the money from the Earnings Wallet automatically. On a shared login, one chatter tipping or subscribing to another creator from the creator's account can come out of the money the creator is waiting to withdraw.

Fansly Payouts in OFManager: What Your Team Can and Can't Do

OFManager opens 16 of Fansly's own pages inside the desktop app for Windows and macOS. Earning Statistics is one of them. The Wallet & Payouts page is not, and every action that moves money out of the account is blocked for everyone in your agency, the owner included.

Your Team Can

Open Earning Statistics and Referrals, which follow the same page permission as the OnlyFans Statements page
Check any linked creator's earnings without ever seeing the creator's password
Pull the monthly numbers your commission is worked out from

Nobody Can, Owners Included

Request a payout or change payout methods
Issue refunds or fund the wallet
Spend the creator's wallet on tips, purchases or subscriptions to other creators
See saved cards, payout or tax details, which stay hidden

Only the actions Fansly's own pages make get through. Anything else is refused and logged, and the page shows "Not available in OFManager". Because tips, purchases and subscriptions to other creators are blocked, nobody on your team can set off that automatic charge to the Earnings Wallet from inside OFManager. Withdrawing and spending that money stays with the creator.

Fansly's own team access draws the same line: its help center says payouts and account closure are always restricted in a Fansly Management Session. For the full list of what OFManager blocks, see how to share a Fansly account without the password.

What OFManager Doesn't Show for Fansly

OFManager doesn't offer Fansly's Wallet & Payouts page, so it isn't the place to check balances or payout status. The creator checks those on Wallet & Payouts in their own Fansly account.

OFManager's own analytics, CRM and mass messaging cover OnlyFans for now, so your Fansly numbers come from Fansly's Earning Statistics page inside the app.

For now, the agency owner and staff with full creator access open Fansly creators. Giving one chatter access to a single Fansly creator is not available yet. Read more about OFManager's Fansly agency software.

How Agencies Take Commission From Fansly Payouts

Fansly pays the account's owner. Its help center says an account signs up with the legal details of the primary account owner, who is the one eligible to receive payouts. On a creator's own account, the money lands with the creator first, and your agency invoices its share after. A monthly routine that works with OFManager:

1

Pull the month from Earning Statistics

Open Earning Statistics for each creator in OFManager. Fansly counts days in UTC, not your local time, so its month can start and end a few hours off yours.

2

Agree the figure with the creator

Share the gross and net numbers you will invoice on. Refunds count in the month they are issued, not the month of the sale, so one can lower next month's figure.

3

The creator requests the payout

From Wallet & Payouts in their own Fansly account. Nobody in OFManager can do it for them.

4

Invoice after the payout lands

Once the creator confirms the money arrived, send your invoice for the agreed commission.

Example, with made-up numbers

Fans pay $10,000 in a month (Gross). After Fansly's 20% and with no refunds, Earnings is $8,000. If your contract takes 30% of net, you invoice $2,400 once the payout lands, and the creator keeps $5,600.

This guide explains how Fansly's payout system works. It is not tax or legal advice: how you set up commission, invoices and tax is between your agency, the creator and your own accountant or lawyer. If you are still choosing a platform for a creator, see Fansly vs OnlyFans for agencies.

Fansly Payout Delayed? Quick Checks

Still pending? The sale is under 7 days old. It unlocks on its own, to the hour.
Stuck in Approved?Approved can last longer than 24 hours, and a request under a soft minimum waits there until the total reaches the minimum.
Wire or crypto slow? They go out in batches every 3 days, with a 72-hour cooldown after each payout is sent.
Over a weekend?Weekends and bank holidays aren't business days. A late Friday payout usually lands on Monday.
Still missing?Fansly says to contact Support if processing takes more than three business days, or if the Earnings Wallet shows Processed and the money hasn't arrived. The creator contacts Support directly, by email or through the chat on Fansly.

Fansly is in the OFManager desktop app for Windows and macOS. Your team works the pages, and the payouts stay with the creator.
