On Fansly, every account has one owner, the person who submitted the creator application, so an agency that manages creators only ever works through access the creator gives it. This guide is for founders and managers: the Fansly rules that shape agency management, the two ways your team can get into a creator's account, and how to set a commission that matches how Fansly pays.
Fansly Agency Rules at a Glance
Who Owns a Creator Account in a Fansly Agency
Fansly's Getting Started guide tells agencies that plan to feature several people to complete the application and tax documentation "as the sole owner and beneficiary". Its co-performer guide is just as plain: every account has one owner, the person who submits the creator application.
The creator applies and verifies in their own legal name, with their own tax documents.
Payouts are the creator's. They are requested from Earnings Statistics, then Request Payout on the Wallet & Payouts page, and a Management Session can never reach them.
Never apply for a creator under your agency's details: Fansly treats whoever submits the creator application as the account owner.
Fansly pays the account owner. Your commission is something you invoice the creator for under your own contract.
What a Fansly Agency Account Is, and What It Is Not
Fansly has an application path called Applying as an Agency, Producer, or Other. The name is easy to misread. It is for applying as a virtual or non-personal entity, or as an agency or producer that features other people in its own content. It sets up one creator account with one owner. It is not a way to manage other creators' accounts.
A Fansly Agency Account
Managing Creators as an Agency
We found no agency partner program and no dashboard for running several creators in Fansly's help center. Its Creator Security FAQ tells creators who work with an agency, assistant or manager to use Management Sessions and to turn on two-factor authentication.
How Fansly Agencies Get Access to a Creator's Account
There are two ways to give your team access without handing out the password. Sharing the password itself is the third way, and the one to drop: anyone who can sign in with it can change the login or reach payouts.
Fansly Management Sessions
The creator opens the Management page from their Creator Dashboard, clicks Create Session, names it, picks an access level, reviews the disclaimer and clicks Create. Each link is single-use. If the manager logs out or the link expires, the creator has to make a new session. Editing a session needs the creator's 2FA code, and the trash can icon revokes it.
The creator is responsible for everything done with a session. More in our guide to Fansly Management Sessions.
Agency Software Like OFManager
In the OFManager desktop app, click Add Creator, answer Which platform? with Fansly, and sign in once with the creator's Fansly username or email and password, then the code from Fansly (emailed, or from the creator's authenticator app). The password is stored encrypted on OFManager's servers and never shown again.
You and staff with full creator access then open the creator's Fansly pages inside the app. Here is how to add a Fansly account step by step.
| Access | Management Sessions | OFManager |
|---|---|---|
| Who sets it up | The creator, on Fansly | The agency owner or staff with full creator access, with the creator's login once |
| Password shared with your team | No | No. OFManager keeps it, encrypted, and never shows it again |
| When access lapses | After a logout or expiry, the creator sends a new session link | When a login expires, Relink tries the saved password first |
| What each person can open | The access level set on that session | For the owner and full-access staff, the pages their OnlyFans page permissions allow |
| Payouts | Always restricted | Blocked for everyone, owners included |
| Several creators | A separate session from each creator | Every linked creator in one app, beside your OnlyFans ones |
| One chatter on one creator | Yes, one session per person | Not available yet |
Two Trade-Offs to Know
Fansly Content Rules That Matter to Agencies
Most of Fansly's rules are the creator's to follow, but these five decide how an agency staffs and runs an account.
Photorealistic AI content is not allowed
Labeling it as AI does not make lifelike AI content acceptable. Non-photorealistic virtual personas are allowed, and the person behind one still verifies with their real legal information.
AI cannot talk to fans without a human watching
Fansly's terms bar AI systems that interact directly with users to generate personalized responses without human oversight. If any AI drafts replies on a Fansly account, keep a person in the loop who checks what goes out.
No passing AI off as a real person
Presenting AI work as authentic human performance is prohibited, and impersonating anyone, real or fictional, needs clear, explicit consent.
Co-performers need consent before you publish
Add each person on the Co-Performers page with Add Co-performer. Each collaborator needs separate documentation, review can take up to 7 days, and content goes up only after approval. Fansly says tagging will eventually stop counting as consent.
Promoting other sites is allowed
A creator can share other websites from Fansly, as long as every site promoted complies with Fansly's Terms of Service.
OFManager's AI chatter covers OnlyFans accounts only for now. On Fansly, your team chats with fans on Fansly's own Messages page.
How to Set a Fansly Agency Commission
Fansly says creators receive 80% of revenue from subscriptions, sold media, messages and tips, with no hidden fees for payouts, processing or currency conversion. In Fansly's statistics, Earnings is the creator's net revenue after Fansly's share and any refunds, and Gross is what fans paid. Take your commission on the net figure: it is what the creator actually receives.
| Example month | Amount |
|---|---|
| Fans paid (Gross) | $10,000 |
| Fansly's 20% share | -$2,000 |
| Creator's Earnings (net) | $8,000 |
| Agency commission at 30% of net | -$2,400 |
| Creator keeps | $5,600 |
The 30% is only an example; use the rate in your contract. Refunds lower the net figure in the month they are issued, not the month of the original sale.
Each sale is pending for 7 days before it becomes available for payout, so invoice on a closed month rather than on today's sales. Fansly's custom periods and daily numbers use UTC days, so write UTC month ends into your contract. For payout timing and minimums, see how Fansly payouts work.
If a purchase is not covered by the Spending Wallet or a payment method, Fansly automatically deducts it from the Earnings Wallet. A chatter tipping or subscribing to another creator from a shared login could spend the creator's earnings. In OFManager, tips, purchases and subscriptions to other creators are blocked for everyone.
Fansly Agency Management: Onboarding a Creator
The Creator Applies as the Owner
Their name, tax forms and payouts.
The creator signs up and verifies with their own legal information and adds their own payout method. If they already have an account, check it is in their name before you take them on.
Turn On Two-Factor Authentication
Fansly's own advice for agency work.
Fansly's Creator Security FAQ recommends 2FA for creators who work with an agency. Fansly Support never asks for a management session, a 2FA code or a password, so tell the creator that a message asking for one in Fansly's name is not from Fansly.
Pick the Access Route
Management Sessions or OFManager.
Use one Management Session per person, or link the creator once in OFManager with the creator on hand for Fansly's code. If another agency already linked the creator in OFManager, the app tells you the page is linked elsewhere.
Decide Who Sees What
Pages follow your OnlyFans roles.
In OFManager, the agency owner and staff with full creator access open Fansly creators, and each Fansly page follows the matching OnlyFans page permission in your roles and permissions. Giving one chatter just one Fansly creator is not available yet.
File Consent and Sign the Contract
Before the first collab and payday.
Ready to run the account
Get every co-performer approved on the Co-Performers page before content with them is published. Put your commission on net Earnings, with UTC month ends and an invoice date after the 7-day pending period.
Where OFManager Fits in a Fansly Agency
OFManager's Fansly agency software is built into its desktop app for Windows and macOS. Every OFManager agency can add Fansly creators, and they sit beside your OnlyFans creators on Manage Creators. Click your avatar at the top left to switch platforms, and the left menu holds 16 of Fansly's own pages, from Messages and Media Vault to Earning Statistics and Tracking Links. Each person sees the ones their permissions allow.
Signing the creator out, login and 2FA changes, payouts, refunds and spending the wallet are blocked for everyone, and any action Fansly's own page would not make is refused, with "Not available in OFManager" on the page. Every call that acts as the creator is made by OFManager's servers, never from a chatter's computer. For the full list, see how to share a Fansly account without the password.
Fansly accounts are free for now: the app's billing shows Fansly · free for now. Your free first account is an OnlyFans account, and Fansly accounts do not use it.
What OFManager Does Not Do on Fansly Yet
Fansly is in the OFManager desktop app for Windows and macOS. Run your Fansly creators beside your OnlyFans ones.
