Fansly tracking links show which promotions bring fans who log in, follow, subscribe and spend. Fansly gives every creator a Tracking Links page for them, and in OFManager your team opens that same page in the desktop app, without the creator's password. Here's where it is, what each number means, and a naming scheme and weekly routine that keep it readable across every creator you run.
What You'll Need
Creator not linked yet? Here's how to add a Fansly account to OFManager.
Where to Find Tracking Links on Fansly
On fansly.com
Open the Creator Dashboard, then Tracking Links. Fansly also lists Tracking Links in the menu that opens when you click the creator's profile picture.
In OFManager
Click your avatar at the top left and choose Fansly, pick the creator, then open Tracking Links from the Fansly menu in the left rail. It is Fansly's own page, shown inside OFManager as it is on fansly.com.
How to Create a Fansly Tracking Link
Click Create Tracking Link
Near the top of the page.
Fansly asks for a name and an optional description. Use the naming scheme below for the name, put the deal details in the description, then click Save.
Copy the Link
One link per placement.
Each link you make has a Copy icon. Send the copied link to the promoter, or put it in the bio, post or ad it belongs to. Fansly counts each link on its own, so a link two promoters share can't tell you which of them sent a fan.
Edit or Delete Later
Pencil to edit, trash can to delete.
The pencil icon to the right of a link changes its name or description, and the trash can icon deletes it. Fansly's help article doesn't say whether a deleted link's numbers can be brought back, so write them down before you delete a finished campaign.
What Fansly Tracking Link Metrics Mean
Fansly reports four numbers for each tracking link. Here is what Fansly counts for each, and how an agency should read it.
| Metric | What Fansly counts | How to read it |
|---|---|---|
| Claims | A visitor who clicks the link and then logs in or signs up. Someone who does neither is not counted. | Claims usually run lower than the clicks a promoter sees in their own tools. Judge the promoter on Claims, not raw clicks. |
| Follows | People who followed the creator after clicking the link. | Following is free on Fansly and followers can be included in mass messages, so follows are an audience you can sell to later. |
| Subscriptions | New subscriptions from people who used the link. | The number to check when a promoter is paid per new subscriber. |
| Revenue | Total revenue from the users who clicked the link. | All revenue from those fans, not only their first subscription, so this is what you weigh against the promoter's price. Fansly doesn't say whether it is before or after Fansly's cut. |
Fansly also lets you expand the view into a graph that breaks revenue down by type over time, so you see trends, not only totals. Fansly says tracking links don't generate revenue directly: they are there to track engagement and revenue.
Fansly's Built-In Tracking Links: FYP, Suggestions and Search
Besides the links you make, Fansly gives every creator three tracking links of its own. You never share them: they measure fans who found the creator inside Fansly.
Fansly FYP Tracking Link
Fans who found the creator on the For You page.
Fansly Suggestions Tracking Link
Fans who found the creator through Account Suggestions.
Fansly Search Tracking Link
Fans who found the creator through Fansly search.
Treat these three as your baseline. They show what the creator gets from Fansly's own discovery with no spend, which helps you judge whether a paid promotion is worth its price.
Can One Fan Count on Several Fansly Tracking Links?
Yes. Fansly says a single user can be linked to several tracking links, whether those links are yours or another creator's. A fan who clicked a Reddit post on Monday and a shoutout on Wednesday can show up under both. Three things follow for an agency:
Fansly Tracking Links vs Referral Links
Tracking links and referral links are easy to confuse. In short: tracking links measure, referral links pay.
Tracking Links
Referral Links
After 90 days a referred fan can switch to a different referral link, while a fan can sit on several tracking links at once. Use tracking links to judge promotions and referral links to earn from bringing people to Fansly. Tracking Links and Referrals are both among the creator's Fansly pages in OFManager.
A Naming Scheme for Fansly Tracking Links
Each link has a name and an optional description, and Fansly's help article describes no other way to sort them. With five promoters across ten creators, names like "promo 3" turn the page into guesswork. Pick one pattern and use it on every creator:
source-placement-creator-yymm
source: where the fan clicks (reddit, x, ig, tiktok, telegram, site)
placement: the promoter's handle, or bio, post, ad or swap
creator: a short code for the creator, so a screenshot or sheet row is never ambiguous
yymm: the month the deal started, so a renewed deal at a new price gets its own link
| Name | Use it for | Description |
|---|---|---|
| reddit-jaypromo-mia-2611 | A paid Reddit promoter for Mia, started November 2026 | Jay, $150 flat, 3 posts, 4 to 18 Nov |
| x-bio-mia-2611 | The link in Mia's own X bio | Organic, no spend |
| ig-swap-luna-2611 | A shoutout swap with another creator | Swap with @partner, posted 12 Nov |
| tiktok-bio-luna-2611 | The link in Luna's TikTok bio | Organic, no spend |
How to Read Fansly Tracking Link Numbers Each Week
Fansly's help article doesn't describe a date filter or an export for Tracking Links, or say what period the numbers cover. This routine treats them as running totals: record them on the same day each week and compare them with last week's. Here it is, in order:
Record the totals
On the same day each week, open Tracking Links for each creator and copy Claims, Follows, Subscriptions and Revenue for every link into one sheet, one row per link name.
Work out the week
Subtract last week's totals from this week's. That difference is what each link did in the last seven days.
Check quality, not only volume
Subscriptions per Claim shows whether visitors go on to subscribe. Revenue per Subscription shows whether those fans spend. A link with many Claims and almost no Subscriptions is sending browsers.
Compare with the baseline and the price
Put each paid link next to what you paid for it. A paid link should earn back its price, and the FYP, Suggestions and Search links show what the creator gets with no spend at all.
Check the trend
Look down each paid link's weekly rows in your sheet, and expand Fansly's graph of revenue by type over time, to see whether a promotion keeps paying or stopped after its first days.
Cross-check the creator's total
Compare the week with Earning Statistics, which is the creator's real total. The links can add up to more than that, because one fan can count on several links.
Decide and write it down
Renew, renegotiate or drop each paid promotion, and add the decision to the link's description so the next manager sees it.
Who on Your Team Can Use Tracking Links
The agency owner and staff with full creator access can open a creator's Fansly pages. Within that, Tracking Links follows the OnlyFans Statistics page permission, which covers opening the page and creating, editing or deleting links on it. Earning Statistics follows Statements, so a marketing manager can run links without opening Earning Statistics.
Set it once in roles and permissions and it carries over to Fansly.
