Fansly keeps a creator's numbers on its own Statistics page, and OFManager's chatter analytics and revenue reports cover OnlyFans only for now. So for Fansly creators, your weekly report comes from Fansly's own pages, opened inside OFManager. Here's which page to open, what each number means, and a template for the numbers to copy every week.
What You'll Need
Where to Find Fansly Earning Statistics in OFManager
Click your avatar at the top left, choose Fansly and pick the creator. Three pages in the Fansly menu hold the numbers for your report. Each one follows the OnlyFans page permission of the same kind, so the roles you already set up carry over. Not linked yet? Here's how to add a Fansly account.
Earning Statistics
Opens the Earnings tab: net and gross, refunds, monthly statements, earnings by product and top supporters.
Statements permission
Profile Statistics
Views, followers and subscribers. In Fansly's own menu this item opens the Overview tab; the steps below reach the same tabs from Earning Statistics.
Statistics permission
Creator Dashboard
Has a Statistics button, and on older accounts the links to Fansly's Legacy statistics pages.
Statistics permission
Fansly launched this Statistics page in September 2026, says it may still change, and now opens it from the Earning Statistics and Profile Statistics items in its own menu. OFManager's Earning Statistics opens the new page's Earnings tab. If the creator's account was created before 21 September 2026, the Creator Dashboard still links to Profile Statistics · Legacy and Earning Statistics · Legacy. Newer accounts only have the new page, which is the one this guide follows.
Fansly Statistics Tabs: Overview, Content, Audience, Earnings, Streams
Overview
Right now video views in the creator's time zone, an hourly chart of the last 48 hours, summary cards, follower and subscriber totals, top media and the top 5 supporters.
Content
Views and watch time split by For You, Timeline and Other, every media item ranked, a weekday-by-hour heat map, hashtag results and post engagement.
Audience
Followers, subscribers, profile visits and where they came from, top countries, subscribers by tier, renewals and cancellations.
Earnings
At a glance totals, earnings and refund cards, monthly statements, a revenue chart, earnings by product and top supporters.
Streams
Every live stream with peak and average viewers, chatters, tips and ticket sales, compared with the stream before it.
The Audience tab also has a Tracking links button for the creator's own promotion links. Here's how to use Fansly tracking links.
Fansly Stats Date Ranges: 7, 30, 90 Days or Custom
The buttons at the top right set the period: 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or Custom. The period applies to every tab, and every number is compared with the period of the same length right before it, so a Monday to Sunday week is set against the Monday to Sunday before it. For a custom period, click Custom, pick the start date and click Confirm, then pick the end date and click Confirm again.
Whole UTC days
Custom periods and daily numbers use whole UTC days. Only Right now on Overview, and Today and Yesterday on Earnings, use the local day.
Counts update nightly
Most numbers update within minutes; click the refresh icon to load them. Follower and subscriber counts update once a night.
Views from late June 2026
Views, watch time and hashtags go back to late June 2026. Earnings history is complete.
Your agency's week may not start at midnight UTC, so a weekly total in Fansly can differ slightly from a count made in your own time zone. Use the same Custom start day every week, pull the numbers a day after the week ends so the nightly follower count has caught up, and check the period each time you open a page from OFManager's Fansly menu.
Net vs Gross on Fansly: Reading the Earnings Cards
Earnings (net)
What the creator keeps: revenue after Fansly's share and any refunds. Fansly says creators receive 80% of revenue from subscriptions, sold media, messages and tips.
Gross
The total amount fans paid, before Fansly's share comes out.
The other earnings cards are Purchases (every type), Paying fans (different fans who bought), Subscription earnings (net), New paying fans (first purchase from this creator in the period), Avg. per paying fan and Avg. per purchase. Above them, At a glance shows Today, Yesterday, This month and All time after refunds, and ignores the period you pick.
How Fansly Counts Refunds
Four refund cards appear only when there were refunds in the selected period or the one before it: Net before refunds, Refunded (the amount taken from the balance), Refunds (how many) and Refund rate (refunds divided by purchases).
Fansly counts a refund in the month it was issued, not the month of the original sale, so last month's sale can lower this month's numbers.
Agency tip: write down in each creator's agreement whether your share is worked out on Earnings or on Gross, and copy both every week so the numbers never need arguing about later.
Fansly Earnings by Product: Tips, Media, Subscriptions and More
By product lists net earnings for each product type, highest first, with gross, the number of purchases and the change from the period before. The chart above it draws daily net earnings for the three biggest types, groups the rest as Other and leaves refunds out, so take refunds from the refund cards.
| Product type | What Fansly counts in it |
|---|---|
| Tips | Tips from fans, including price-per-message tips |
| Media | Photos, videos and voice notes sold |
| Locked Text | Sales of locked text |
| Subscriptions | New subscriptions and renewals |
| Media Sets | Bundles |
| Referrals | Earnings from the creator's referral links |
| Leaderboard Prize Money | Prizes from Fansly's Leaderboard |
| Stream Tickets | Tickets to the creator's live streams |
Monthly Statements and the Top 25 Supporters
Monthly statements
Every full calendar month, newest first, with purchases, net, gross and the change from the month before. Last 30 days compares net revenue with the creator's usual month. Labels mark So far, Best month, 2nd best and 3rd best, and Record pace when the current month has already passed the best one. Click a month to make it the period: the quickest way to pull a month-end figure.
Top supporters
The creator's top 25 fans for the period, which you can sort by Net, Gross or Purchases. Click a fan to see their first and last purchase, monthly statements, a by-product breakdown and every purchase in the period, with sales still in Fansly's 7-day pending period marked Pending. The Overview tab shows the top 5.
Send the week's top five names to whoever works the creator's Messages page, so those fans hear back first. Pending sales are not money the creator can request yet; see how Fansly payouts work for when it becomes available.
Open the Creator on Fansly
Avatar menu, then the creator.
Click your avatar at the top left of OFManager, choose Fansly and pick the creator in the sidebar.
Open Earning Statistics and Set the Week
Custom, in whole UTC days.
Click Earning Statistics in the Fansly menu, then Custom. Choose the week's first day and click Confirm, then its last day and Confirm. Start on the same weekday every week.
Copy the Money Numbers
Cards, products, supporters.
Copy Earnings, Gross and the other earnings cards, the refund cards if they show, the top three rows of By product, and the top five in Top supporters sorted by Net.
Switch to the Audience Tab
Same period, audience numbers.
Click Audience at the top of the same page. The period stays selected. Copy New subscribers, Renewal rate, Total followers, Subscribers and Profile visits.
Note the Month, Then the Next Creator
One line on the month's pace.
One row per creator, every week
Back on the Earnings tab, note This month from At a glance and any label in Monthly statements, such as Record pace. Then pick the next creator in the sidebar. Fansly's statistics guide doesn't describe an export, so the numbers go into your sheet by hand.
