Fansly has its own post scheduler. You upload media to the Media Vault, build the post with From Vault, pick a date with the calendar icon, and Fansly publishes it on time, even when nobody is online. In OFManager your team runs that whole content calendar on Fansly's own Homepage, Media Vault and Scheduled Posts pages, without ever holding the creator's password. Here's how to fill a creator's week.
What You'll Need
No creator linked yet? Here's how to add a Fansly account in a few minutes.
How the Fansly Media Vault Works
The Media Vault is the creator's media library on Fansly. Anything uploaded anywhere on Fansly, in a post or a message, is saved to it automatically, and you can also upload straight into it. Every post you schedule can pull its media from here with From Vault, so a well-sorted vault is what makes a weekly calendar quick to build.
| Album | What's in it | Use it for |
|---|---|---|
| All | Every file uploaded in posts or messages | Finding any file by name with the album's search bar |
| Posts | Media uploaded to posts | Checking what has already gone on the feed |
| Messages | Media shared in DMs | Seeing what fans have already been sent |
| Your own albums | Whatever you add. Names and descriptions are visible only to the creator | Sorting the week ahead: one album per week, theme or tier |
Create an album
Click the + icon at the top left, add a title and an optional description, then click Create.
Edit or delete an album
Open it, click Actions, then choose Edit Album Details or Delete Album.
Reorder albums
Drag them into place with the four-pointed arrow at the top right.
Take media out
Select it with the blue circle at its top right, click Actions, then Remove Selected from Album. To take a file out of the vault altogether, Fansly says to remove it from every album it appears in.
Fans never see album names or descriptions, only the creator's account does. Name albums for your team: the week, the theme, or the tier a set is meant for.
How to Schedule a Fansly Post in OFManager
Five steps: the first in OFManager's menu, the rest on Fansly's own pages inside the desktop app. The button names in steps 2 to 5 are the ones Fansly's help center uses.
Switch to Fansly and Pick the Creator
One menu for both platforms.
Click your avatar at the top left of OFManager and choose Fansly. Pick the creator in the sidebar, then open their pages from the Fansly menu in the left rail. The menu shows only the pages your role allows, so if Media Vault or Scheduled Posts is missing, your role doesn't include it yet.
Upload Images to the Media Vault
A day ahead, into the week's album.
Open Media Vault and choose an album, or make one with the + icon. Click Upload to Vault, click the +, select the images and click Open. Fansly processes each file first, which can take a couple of minutes for larger ones. Once processed, they appear at the top of the album.
Fansly says uploading ahead of time helps avoid delays. On a content calendar that means the day before you build the posts, not five minutes before they go out.
Build the Post From the Vault
Fansly's composer, on the Homepage.
Open Homepage: the post composer sits at the top. Write the caption, click Add Media and set the Source to From Vault (or Upload New for a file from your computer). Select the images, click Add Images, add a free preview with Add Free Preview if you want one, set the Media Permissions, then click Upload.
Permissions decide how fans unlock the media. You can combine requirements, such as subscriber plus $5, or offer options, such as $30 for non-subscribers. One post can hold more than one bundle, for example a free bundle and a pay-to-view bundle. Previews are visible to everyone on Fansly, and you only need one when you promote locked content to the FYP.
Schedule It With the Calendar Icon
The calendar with the clock.
The composer has two calendar icons. The one with a clock schedules the post; the one with a trash can sets an expiration date. Click the clock icon, pick the date and time, click Confirm Date, then finish the post as usual. Fansly publishes it at that time on its own, even if nobody is online.
Fansly's scheduling help doesn't say which time zone the date picker uses. If your team and the creator are in different time zones, check the time on Scheduled Posts right after you schedule the first post of the week.
Check the Queue on Scheduled Posts
Edit, move or cancel.
Scheduled Posts
Open Scheduled Posts in the Fansly menu. On fansly.com, Fansly calls this the Scheduled Post Queue, under the creator's profile picture. Open any post to review it, edit it or change its scheduled time. To cancel one, use the trash can icon.
How to Set a Fansly Post to Expire
For a limited-time offer, use the other calendar icon, the one with the trash can. Pick the expiration date and time while you build the post, then add the media, text and permissions as usual. Fansly says the post expires automatically at that time, so nobody on your team has to remember to take it down.
Fansly's help on expiring posts doesn't say whether an expired post is hidden or deleted, or what happens to media a fan already unlocked. Write the caption around the end time ("until Sunday at midnight"), and don't promise fans anything about access after it.
Who on Your Team Can Schedule Fansly Posts
The agency owner and staff with full creator access can open Fansly creators. Within that, each Fansly page follows the matching OnlyFans page permission in their role, so the roles you already set up carry over.
| The job | Fansly page | Permission it follows |
|---|---|---|
| Upload images, create and sort albums | Media Vault | OnlyFans Vault |
| Write a post and schedule it | Homepage (the composer) | OnlyFans Home and New Post |
| Review or cancel scheduled posts | Scheduled Posts | OnlyFans Queue |
| Edit a scheduled post or its time | Scheduled Posts | OnlyFans Queue and New Post |
| Review posts that have video | fansly.com | Outside OFManager |
From Vault and Upload New both use the vault, so give the person who builds posts the Vault permission too. Giving one person access to a single Fansly creator is not available yet. See roles and permissions for how roles work.
A Weekly Fansly Scheduling Routine for Agencies
One content manager can run this for several creators, with a second person checking the queue. Work creator by creator: each one opens in a session of its own, and once the queue is full, Fansly publishes over the weekend without anyone online.
Plan the week
Decide each post: day and time, free or locked, the price, and which ones go to the FYP or get pinned (Fansly keeps up to 25 pinned posts and unpins the oldest past that). Start from last week's numbers; here's how to read Fansly earning statistics.
Stock the vault
Make an album for the week, such as "Week 47 feed", and upload the images into it. Larger files can take a couple of minutes to process, so upload today and build tomorrow.
Build and schedule
Build each post with From Vault from that album, set permissions and previews, and schedule it with the clock icon. Set an expiration on limited-time offers. If a post backs a promotion somewhere else, set up a Fansly tracking link for that promotion the same day.
Check the queue
A second person opens Scheduled Posts and goes through every post: time, caption, price, permissions, and any gaps or doubles in the week. Fix a post in place, or cancel it with the trash can icon.
Check video posts, then look ahead
Videos do not play in OFManager yet, so ask the creator to check any post with video in their own Scheduled Post Queue on fansly.com. Then list what next week's album still needs from the creator.
